What it is
An electric security fence is a set of tensioned live wires, called strands, fitted on top of your boundary wall or built as a full standalone perimeter. An energizer sends a short, high-voltage pulse along those strands about once a second, engineered to shock and deter, not to injure. It does three jobs at once, and that is why it beats a plain wall or razor wire on its own.
